scope.\nSupport design reviews, prototype validation, and problem resolution activities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the primary contact for technical discussions between internal engineering teams and external suppliers.\nFacilitate communication between design, production, and quality stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.\nPromote continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback integration.\nCompetencies & Skills:\nTechnical:\nStrong experience in sheet metal design and metallic materials.\nGood knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes (e.g., welding, bolting, fastening).\nFamiliarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA V5, 3D Experience, ENOVIA, or similar systems).\nSolid understanding of mechanical integration principles and industrial installation processes.\nStrong understanding of design-to-manufacture processes and mechanical validation methods\nEnglish proficiency at an operational level (reading, writing, and technical communication).\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Systems Engineering.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and installation development, preferably within the railway, aerospace, or industrial sectors.\nProven experience leading integration activities, supplier coordination, and first train/first article installation
