The role will connect demand, released scope, backlog, work in progress, throughput, capacity, working hours, productivity, revenue, cost and margin into a consistent management view.\nKey responsibilities\nConsolidate demand, backlog, capacity, delivery and financial plans.\nDevelop and maintain management dashboards and reporting routines.\nProvide visibility into released scope, production readiness, backlog ageing, work in progress, throughput and remaining workload.\nConsolidate revenue forecasts and support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition together with Finance.\nConnect operational data from customer and internal systems with progress, hours and financial reporting.\nMonitor hours and cost per Service Plan, productive and non-productive effort, learning-curve development and margin performance.\nProvide cost-to-complete, forecast-at-completion and variance analysis.\nMaintain completion, capacity and resource-gap forecasts.\nDefine KPI calculations, data ownership, update cycles and data-quality controls.\nPrepare management performance reviews, highlight decisions required and follow agreed actions.\nSupport Service Plan scale-up scenarios and other possible LCM deliveries and projects using shared capacity.\nIdentify reporting automation opportunities together with Finance, IT and data specialists.\nRole boundaries and interfaces\nThe role reports to the Head of Lifecycle Management and works closely with delivery owners, the LCM Delivery Resource Pool, customer-facing teams, Finance and data specialists.\nThis is an individual-contributor role without direct reports. Operational delivery, technical content, customer priorities, line management and daily resource allocation remain with the relevant delivery owners.\nRequired qualifications and experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, industrial engineering, information systems or another relevant field.\nStrong experience in project controlling, financial planning and analysis, operations performance, portfolio reporting, PMO or a comparable role.\nExperience in revenue forecasting, cost control, variance analysis and management reporting.\nAbility to combine fragmented operational and financial data into clear and actionable management information.\nExperience defining KPIs, reporting processes, data ownership and dashboard requirements.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience with Power BI, SAP or comparable reporting and business systems is strongly preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently across Finance, business, delivery and IT interfaces.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nPreferred experience\nExperience with percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.\nExperience in fixed-price, item-based or high-volume delivery environments.\nExperience working across distributed teams in Finland and India.\nExperience in lifecycle services, industrial content, product data or engineering information.\nExperience establishing reporting and controlling practices from incomplete or fragmented data.\nWhat success looks like\nSuccess in this role means establishing one reliable management view of LCM demand, backlog, throughput, capacity, productivity and financial performance.
