Responsibilities:\nAct as the primary technical contact for customer engineering teams.\nDrive concept development, detailed design, and engineering change implementation for material handling and problem-solving activities.\nTrack project progress, and engineering KPIs.\nSupport project estimation, planning, and customer reporting.\nPromote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best engineering practices within the team.\nPlan, allocate, and monitor engineering activities to ensure timely project execution.\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\n10+ years of strong experience in mechanical design and product development within the Material Handling, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Industrial Machinery domains.\nProficiency in CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or Inventor.\nSound knowledge of welded structures, fabricated components, sheet metal, castings, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.\nUnderstanding of DFM/DFA, GD&T, engineering calculations, and structural design principles.\nExperience in engineering change management and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in customer-facing roles with global engineering teams.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and team development capabilities.\nProblem-solving mindset with focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.\nMaster's degree is desirable.\nExperience leading engineering teams in product development projects is
