Key Responsibilities\n· Lead planning, execution, and delivery of automotive IVI, Display, and HMI programs from concept to production.\n· Manage cross-functional teams comprising Systems, Software, BSP, Middleware, Application, Integration, and Validation engineers.\n· Serve as the primary customer interface and drive stakeholder communications, reviews, and escalations.\n· Track project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.\n· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and delivery risks.\n· Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262/19014, cybersecurity, and customer-specific processes.\n· Monitor program metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness.\n· Support technical and commercial proposal preparation, effort estimation, and solution discussions.\n· Drive continuous improvement and successful program delivery across global teams.\n2. Required Qualifications\n· Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n· 15+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems development.\n· Minimum 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management for automotive products.\n· Strong experience in Automotive IVI, Digital Cockpit, Display, or HMI programs.\n· Good understanding of Android Automotive, Linux, or QNX platforms.\n· Experience working with Middleware, Application Software, BSP, and system integration teams.\n· Strong knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262/19014, and Automotive Cybersecurity processes.\n· Experience in customer-facing roles, stakeholder management, and proposal submissions.\n3. Tools & Methodologies\n· Azure DevOps, Jira, Polarion, MS Project, MS Project Plan, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\n· Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall development methodologies.\n4.
