integrate across the end-to-end digital manufacturing ecosystem.\nDrive automation and AI-based ROI opportunities in collaboration with Customer team.\nConnect digital threads across PLM, MES, and ERP systems for full enterprise integration.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5-10 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.\nProven change management and core process leadership skills.\n7+ years in Design, Manufacturing, and/or Quality supporting model-based digital transformation.\nExperience with PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) and CAD, BOMs, and lifecycle management.\nStrong background in complex manufacturing environments.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in MS Teams, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Cameo.\nFamiliarity with MES (Solumina), PLM (Teamcenter), and ERP (SAP) systems.\nExperience with Model-Based Definition, Manufacturing, and Inspection (MBD/MBM/MBI).\nStrong ability to influence without authority and drive accountability.\n U.S. Citizen: U.S. citizenship
