This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online and on-premise solutions using SPFx.\nArchitect and implement solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.\nDrive automation initiatives to streamline business processes and improve productivity.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nManage and mentor a team of SharePoint developers and administrators.\nEnsure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and governance.\nMonitor and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring high availability and performance.\nProvide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.\nStay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 and SharePoint trends and technologies.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n5–8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration.\nStrong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and PnP libraries.\nStrong proficiency in SharePoint on-premise development using JSOM, JavaScript, jQuery and understanding of Knockout JS.\nDeep understanding of Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and GitHub.\nShould have understanding on migration tools for SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online migration.\nExperience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 services, Azure AD, and security/compliance features.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MS-600, or equivalent) are a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nKnowledge of integration with third-party systems and APIs.\nExposure to governance and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 environments.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nUnder general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs.
