# Senior Technical Manager - Analysis

Key Responsibilities Lead structural substantiation activities for metallic and composite aircraft structures. Perform and review static strength, fatigue & damage tolerance (F&DT), repair, and certification analyses. Provide technical guidance on fuselage, wing, empennage, nacelle, and flight control structures. Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA certification requirements, MMPDS, HSB, Bruhn, and Niu methodologies. Lead FEM-based structural assessments using tools such as Nastran, Patran, HyperMesh, Abaqus, and ANSYS. Support customer engagements, technical proposals, project estimations, and design reviews. Mentor engineering teams and drive capability development, best practices, and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 15+ years of hands-on experience in Aerostructures/Stress Analysis.
