evaluating and updating quality standards to align with business and program requirements.\nContribute to developing standards for drop-shipment processes and Delegated Quality Representative (DQR) vendor requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\n U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions.\n5+ years of experience in aerospace quality, source inspection, supplier quality engineering, or precision manufacturing inspection.\nStrong knowledge of material certifications, process specifications, dimensional inspection requirements, and aerospace documentation standards.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.\nExperience processing supplier nonconformances (QNs, SRIs) and leading supplier corrective action initiatives.\nSolid understanding of supplier performance metrics and scorecarding.\nStrong communication skills for interfacing with suppliers and internal leadership.\nAbility to travel regularly to supplier sites as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with GSE components, tooling inspection, or complex mechanical assemblies.\nFamiliarity with GSS standards, AS9100, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality systems.\nPrior involvement supporting high-volume or critical-path aerospace production programs.\nExperience creating concise and data-driven reports for leadership
