This role will be responsible for driving project deliverables, supporting Statement of Work (SoW) management, and ensuring alignment between team performance and customer expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily task delegation and coordinate updates to Statements of Work (SoWs), including quoting and scope adjustments\n\nTrack and report SoW progress, deliverables, and status updates to SoW owners\n\nEnsure timely delivery of all SoW commitments\n\nOrganize and participate in customer meetings to review requirements, scope, and priorities\n\nManage associate access requests (network, folder, assets, remote tools, etc.)\n\nFacilitate new hire onboarding and integration\n\nMaintain regular communication with SoW authors and provide updates as needed\n\nMonitor and report team metrics, including:\nSkills tracking and team capabilities\n\nDeliverable status and workload distribution\n\nSoW staffing levels and module center engagement\n\nCollaborate with SoW authors to resolve quality or delivery concerns\n\nServe as liaison between the team, Discipline Manager, and Business Unit Manager\n\nContribute to and lead customer-facing meetings and internal reviews\n\nDrive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, including support for Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE)\n\nParticipate in annual performance reviews and feedback discussions\n\nUS Citizenship required due to ITAR Restrictions.\n\nPreferred Experience and Skills\nExperience working with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\n\nFamiliarity with Teamcenter PLM system\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and prints\n\nExperience with P&W ESW applications\n\nStrong technical writing and documentation skills\n\nEffective communication and collaboration abilities\n\nWorking knowledge of gas turbine engine operating
