Machine design and Fatigue.\nExpertise in handling various structural analysis tools preferably ANSYS Classic, Ansys Workbench, HyperMesh etc\n2D & 3D Finite Element modeling of simple, moderate and complex components (Hexahedral & tetrahedral elements) using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench\nLinear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity) using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench\nModal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis using ANSYS-APDL or Workbench\nStrength, stability and Durability of components\nDamage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life\nShould able to develop/modify APDL Macros\nShould able to build/update FE Models in HyperMesh.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience in scripting using Matlab, VB,TCL/Tk, Python is an added
