You will have the opportunity to grow your career and skills along with the company from the very start.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an exceptional Facility Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and overall safety of our physical environment. In this role, you’ll ensure our office, equipment, and workspace systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely so our team can focus on doing their best work.\nYou'll partner directly across different teams, including People, Engineering, Marketing and Finance. From identifying areas of improvements to designing office areas to facilitate collaboration, you’ll act as the main point of contact for vendor management, emergency response, workplace services, and preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who loves to interact across different functions and enjoys hands-on problem solving, ownership and the variability of work that comes from a fast growing startup environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage end-to-end site operations, including security, access systems, shipping, janitorial, and daily office amenities\n\nMaintain building safety programs and emergency response plans and coordinate required inspections, documentation, training, and corrective actions to support compliance with applicable requirements, including the company’s Workplace Violence Prevention Program and Illness and Injury Prevention Programs.\n\nOwn the landlord/building management relationship\n\nOptimize workspace layouts and seat maps to accommodate changing team needs in a fast-paced startup environment. Own longer-term space/capacity planning as headcount grows - e.g., expansion planning, office moves, furniture/build-outs\n\nCo-create a vibrant workplace culture alongside the People team through event support, office space optimization, and seamless onboarding.\n\nLead vendor relationships and contractor work, managing quotes, service level agreements, and physical upgrades or repairs.\n\nBuild and scale hardware lab environments in direct partnership with Engineering and IT, managing power, ESD safety, and workbench infrastructure.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high growth tech startup\n\nDemonstrated experience partnering with People and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality workplace experience, support events and onboarding, and optimize office space for a growing organization\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workplace projects simultaneously from planning through completion.\n\nExpertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with external vendors, electrical/HVAC contractors, landlord representatives, and janitorial services.\n\nStrong knowledge of building safety protocols, OSHA compliance, workplace security systems, and emergency response planning.\n\nHands-on experience working alongside IT and Engineering teams to set up hardware labs, manage server racks, coordinate high-density power requirements, and maintain ESD-safe environments.\n\nYou'll Thrive Here If You...\nAre a natural problem solver\n\nCare deeply about work culture\n\nTake pride in ownership\n\nAre empathetic and approachable\n\nOperate with high agency and sense of urgency\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ health, well-being, and long-term success.
