You will have the opportunity to grow your career and skills along with the company from the very start.\nRole Overview\nThis role will own the infrastructure, processes, and frameworks for testing the systems end to end, enabling the development team for consistent test driven development, and determine how to best leverage AI for the most efficient and effective test coverage.\nRequired Experience\nProven history of large system performance and reliability testing in a complex system\n\nStrong background in automation frameworks and enabling developer TDD\n\nExperience leveraging AI to scale system testing: generation, maintenance, and triage of testing\n\nStrong coding experience in Python, Go, or Rust\n\nTest data management and tracking\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with HW based appliance testing\n\nCI/CD pipeline integration background\n\nObservability background and experience connecting system signals back to test coverage\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ health, well-being, and long-term success. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
