Automated testing, observability and deployment automation are already in place.\nYou make architectural choices, capture the reasoning in accessible documentation and contribute thoughtful feedback in code reviews.\nYour profile\nYou have built software for production use and supported it after release.\nYou have practical experience building Python services with an asynchronous web framework, modelling relational data and managing database migrations.\nReact and TypeScript are part of your hands-on toolkit, and you are comfortable building complete user interfaces.\nYou use Docker and CI in your daily development work and you are comfortable working with Linux servers.
