If you have the right attitude and skills, we invite you to hop on board our bullet train.\nYour Mission\nYou will lead the deployment, installation, and onboarding of CylusOne in customer environments and provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle. In addition, you will help strengthen customer relationships, monitor adoption, and support renewals and expansions.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn and perform the onboarding, deployment, and upgrades of CylusOne on customer environments (Cloud, standard HW/VMware, Linux, networking, OS).\nExecute installation and troubleshooting in complex enterprise/OT environments.\nAct as technical project manager, leading kickoffs, timelines, scope, and delivery milestones.\nProvide maintenance and support, including upgrades and issue resolution.\nDeliver customer training and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.\nMonitor adoption and ensure customers gain full value from CylusOne.\nPartner with Sales on upsells.\nDevelop and refine internal playbooks and best practices to speed up deployments and troubleshooting. \nStreamline onboarding and support by leveraging automation, monitoring, and reporting tools. \nCollaborate with Marketing and Sales Engineering on case studies, success stories, and reference architectures.\n\nStrong practical expertise in networking fundamentals and infrastructure (e.g TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, NIC configuration)\nStrong practical expertise in virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker).\nStrong background in cybersecurity.\nStrong background in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.\nProven track record in managing technical projects with enterprise customers.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and presentation abilities.\nBased in North America (preference for East Coast time zone), with the ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements, conventions, and industry conferences.\nBig Plus:\nExperience with OT Security
