With over $50M in funding by top VCs and strategic investors, global customers, and strong partnerships with the biggest railway integrators, and some of the largest railroads as customers, we make a significant impact on the multi-hundred-billion-dollar global railway industry.\nWe’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global marketing activities. \nIn this role, you will:\nOwn and manage the full marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and content.\nOversee our digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online brand consistency.\nPlan and execute industry events and conferences, coordinating logistics, booth presence, speaking opportunities, and post-event follow-ups.\nDrive brand awareness across multiple channels with high-impact, creative marketing initiatives.\nDevelop and execute global marketing campaigns that align with company goals and support revenue growth.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Leadership) to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.\nWork with external partners and agencies to deliver campaigns, manage assets, and enhance brand reach.\nMeasure and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights, and optimizing future activities.\nRequirements:\n2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, ideally within a B2B Tech startup.\nHands-on experience with marketing tech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, email marketing tools).
