You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial proposals, contracts, and pipeline management, while actively implementing AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and predictability across sales processes.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a commercial, legal, or contracts background, who enjoys structured thinking, complexity, and making order out of moving parts.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommercial Proposals & Enterprise Deals\nOwn the end-to-end commercial proposal process, including scope definition, pricing structures and approval workflows.\nManage complex, multi-cycle proposals including tender processes with strategic customers and partners.\nLegal & Contractual Operations\nLead commercial coordination.\nAct as the primary interface between Sales and Legal.\nMaintain structured contract tracking and status visibility across the organization.\nSales Pipeline, Forecasting & Analytics\nOwn CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity lifecycle management.\nProduce accurate pipeline forecasts, working closely with Finance.\nTranslate pipeline data into actionable insights for sales leadership and management.\nAI-Driven Sales Operations\nIdentify, implement, and continuously improve AI-based tools for Proposal drafting, Contract review and comparison, Sales forecasting and risk analysis, CRM automation and data enrichment and such\nDesign smarter workflows that reduce manual work and improve cycle times across sales and legal processes.\nWe’re Looking For Someone Who Has\n5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, legal operations, or enterprise deal management.\nStrong experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, ideally in B2B industries.\nA legal, contracts, or commercial background is a strong advantage (law degree or equivalent experience welcomed).\nHigh analytical ability and attention to detail, with the confidence to make judgment calls.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nCuriosity and practical experience with AI tools applied to sales, legal, or operational workflows, or a strong desire to lead this transformation.\nA self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nBig Plus\nExperience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, rail, or other mission-critical industries.\nStartup or scale-up experience.\nDirect exposure to large strategic partners or system
