Headquartered from US, cynapse.ai serves clients worldwide, redefining what's possible with video intelligence. \n⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻\nJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious AI Evaluation & Quality Intern to support the development and evaluation of our frontier AI models, including Vision-Language Models (VLMs)and Agentic AI systems.\n⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻\nAs part of your role, you will:Perform human-in-the-loop testing and QA to assess model quality and identify failure cases.\nCurate and refine training and evaluation datasets through selection, correction, and annotation.\nIdentify model errors, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors.\nUse in-house tools to test, review, and benchmark AI systems.\nWork hands-on with the latest VLMs, multimodal models, and Agentic AI frameworks.\nProvide structured feedback to help improve model quality and reliability.\n⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻\nInternship Intake Periods:We are currently seeking interns for:\nSeptember 2026 – December 2026 (Immediate Start)\nJanuary 2027 – April 2027\nPlease indicate your preferred internship period and availability when submitting your application.\n⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻\nWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum Diploma (completed or in progress) in any discipline.\nInterest in AI and how modern models behave.
