We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Operations and Delivery group. You will conform to high standards of planning and management, working in a cutting-edge, dynamic and professionally challenging environment.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Vision AI Software Projects/Programs in Singapore and other countries as well as managing (indirectly) technical and operational team members:
- Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects
- Lead the project planning, resourcing and scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on project status and activities
- Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, partners and other stakeholders
- Assist overseas project manager counterpart (in EST time zone) with project delivery.
- Involved in the Pre-sale and Sale stages
- Optional: Manage/Guide PM Intern

Qualifications- Degree in IT/Engineering/Project-Management
- Scrum Master and/or PMP certification (Mandatory)
- At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably with external customers, at the scale of either: 4 or more man-years / at least $250K budget
- Experience in delivering projects/programs with multi-phases and compressed time frame.
- Experience with vendors and partners management
- Innovative, motivated and a quick learner
- Ability to work well in a team and take end-to-end ownership of activities
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology
- Bonus: AI-related technical background/experience with software development
