Our global presence allows us to provide world class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience.\nCyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specializing in technology.\nAbout the Role\nThe purpose of this role is to acquire new customers for Soft Tech, FeneVision and cERP through their respective product and service offerings and the wider Sales & Marketing team to ensure strategic growth within our portfolio of fenestration companies across Australia and New Zealand.\nYou will be focused on searching out new opportunities and getting clients to uncover unmet needs and challenges that we can solve through our products and services including:\nWorking with small to enterprise-level fenestration companies, including window, door and glass manufacturers / fabricators, across Australia and New Zealand.\nAchieving an agreed sales target through the acquisition of new customers.\nNew business planning and market mapping.\nCampaign and marketing planning with our Marketing Manager.\nLead development and engagement.\nEffective customer hand-overs to Account Management team.\nPresenting and speaking at events.\nProvide support and guidance to Strategic Account Manager.\nEnsure concise and focused customer centric communication with all parties.\nRequired Skills/Experience\nStrong understanding of the fenestration industry, including window, door and glass manufacturing / fabrication, with a minimum of 3-5 years working with and/or selling to corporate clients in this space.\nProven verifiable track record building relationships with C-Suite decision makers\nStrong relationship building skills and ability to lead cross-functional work teams to deliver against a common goal.\nDemonstrated ability to successfully manage complex commercial solutions with long sales cycles.\nAbility to work in an agile, constantly changing environment.
