About the Role

We are seeking exceptional graduate developers to join our engineering team in Kochi, India. In this role, you will help maintain and add features to a world-leading graphical application, consisting of a high-performance Delphi back-end and modern React, React-Native and Delphi front-ends.

Unlike typical entry-level jobs, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects, from intuitive GUIs to complex mathematical algorithms, stunning 3D drawings and advanced React web applications. You will be fully immersed in, and gain experience across, all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Availability between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST is required to support collaboration with our global teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar, with outstanding grades. You must include your university transcript with your application.
• Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate and present complex technical concepts to global stakeholders.
• Exposure to Object Oriented languages, such as C#, Java, C++ or Delphi.
• Strong understanding of full-stack Web Development fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS app development is an asset, but not a prerequisite.
