In this role, you will help evolve, operate, and secure our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and easy to use for development teams across the company.\nThis position requires deep technical expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, and strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps and application security, including GitHub Advanced Security.\nYou will work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive automation, standardization, and the adoption of platform best practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and manage the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), ensuring reliability, scalability, and developer experience excellence.\nMaintain and administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps as primary platform tooling.\nMigrating code repositories and pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.\nConfigure, enforce, and continuously improve centralized security and compliance rulesets, including:\nBranch protection rules\nQuality gates\nSecurity policies\nWorkflow governance\nImplement and maintain workflow automations to streamline development, CI/CD, and governance activities.\nManage and review access controls, ensuring least-privilege and compliance in GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps.\nIntegrate and operationalize GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), including:\nCode scanning\nSecret scanning\nDependency scanning\nCollaborate with security teams to enforce secure-by-default patterns across the platform.\nProvide technical mentorship to engineers on DevSecOps best practices and platform capabilities.\nContinuously monitor platform performance, usage, and security posture, and drive improvements.\nRequired Skills and Qualification:\n5+ years of experience in DevSecOps and/or Platform Engineering \nStrong hands-on experience with:AzureCloud Architecture\nWell-Architected Framework\n\nAzure DevOpsAzure Boards\nAzure Repos\nAzure Pipelines\nAzure Test Plans\n\nGitHub EnterpriseGitHub Actions\nGitHub Advanced Security\nGitHub Packages\nGitHub Pages\nGitHub Issues\n\nProficiency in DevSecOps areasSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\nAgile Work Management (Scrum/Kanban)\nApplication Security (SAST/DAST/SCA)\nPlatform Engineering principlesGolden Paths\nCI/CD workflow templates\nPlatform-as-a-Product mindset\n\nDeveloper Experience (DevEx)\nCI/CD Best Practices\nCloud Architecture\nStrong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, YAML, or similar.\nKnowledge of DORA metrics and software delivery performance measurement.\nExperience integrating Azure DevOps and GitHub APIs.\nExperience with AKS, Container Apps, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.\nMicrosoft certifications in Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Application Security\n\nWorking for us:\nAt Cyncly, we call our team OneCyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
