Our global presence allows us to provide world-class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience.\nCyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specializing in technology.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Product Manager to join the Flex Platform team, a cross-functional product organization responsible for building the shared platform capabilities, workflows, and services that power Cyncly's products globally.\nYou will own a defined product area end-to-end from understanding customer problems and shaping the product strategy through prioritization, delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes.\nThis role is ideal for a PM who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with customers and engineering teams, and turning complex business needs into simple, scalable product experiences. Areas may include business workflows, CRM, payments, integrations, data and analytics, platform services, AI-enabled capabilities, or other emerging platform opportunities.\nAbout the Team\nThe Flex Platform team operates through small, autonomous, cross-functional pods, with each pod accountable for a defined product area and outcome.\nAs the PM for your pod, you will be the primary product decision-maker, working closely with engineering, design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.\nWe believe PMs should own outcomes rather than simply manage backlogs. You will have the autonomy to determine what problem to solve, why it matters, what to build, and how to measure whether it worked.\nKey Position Responsibilities include:\nProduct Discovery & Strategy\nUnderstand customer, user, and business problems through research, data, and stakeholder insights.\nDefine problems clearly before committing to solutions.\nDevelop product hypotheses, evaluate alternatives, and make informed product trade-offs.\nTranslate business strategy and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap for your area.\nIdentify opportunities to create reusable platform capabilities that can scale across products, customers, and markets.\nProduct Delivery\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering.\nDefine product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.\nWork closely with engineering, design, QA, and architecture throughout discovery and delivery.\nMake day-to-day product decisions and resolve ambiguity quickly.\nBalance customer needs, technical complexity, business value, and time-to-market.\nEnsure that products are delivered with the right level of quality, usability, and scalability.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nRegularly engage with customers and users to validate problems and solutions.\nPartner with business unit leaders, customer success, sales, and other internal stakeholders.\nBuild alignment across teams and communicate product decisions clearly.\nRepresent the needs of your product area in quarterly planning and roadmap discussions.\nOutcomes & Continuous Improvement\nDefine measurable outcomes for the products and capabilities you own.\nTrack adoption, usage, customer value, and business impact after launch.\nUse data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, and improve customer productivity.\nCross-Platform Collaboration\nWork across Flex Platform pods when your product area has dependencies on integrations, APIs, data, AI, payments, or other shared capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage existing platform capabilities rather than building duplicate solutions.\nHelp shape platform standards and reusable capabilities that benefit multiple Cyncly products.\nGo-to-Market & Communication\nPartner with GTM, business units, and customer-facing teams to prepare products for launch.\nCommunicate product changes, value propositions, and release plans clearly.\nSupport customer and internal enablement for significant product launches.\nRequired Experience and Qualifications:\n3 - 5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.\nDemonstrated experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.\nStrong customer-first mindset and experience conducting customer or user discovery.\nComfortable owning and prioritizing a backlog without relying on a dedicated Product Owner.\nStrong product judgment and ability to make trade-offs in ambiguous situations.\nAbility to translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive product experiences.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product requirements, user stories, stakeholder communications, and product narratives.\nComfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical concepts, APIs, integrations, data, and platform architecture.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nComfortable working across multiple products, business units, geographies, and time zones.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to define and use product metrics to evaluate success.\nOwnership mentality, you take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.\nGood to Have:\nExperience building platform products, shared services, or reusable capabilities.\nExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or vertical SaaS.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, data platforms, analytics, or workflow automation.\nExperience working with AI-enabled products or automation.\nExperience launching products across multiple markets or geographies.\nExperience working in an autonomous, cross-functional product pod or squad model.\nExperience with PLG, self-service products, or SaaS growth models.\nWorking for Us\nAt Cyncly, we call our team OneCyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
