Our global presence allows us to provide world-class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience.\nCyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specialized in technology.\nOpened in 2025, our Lisbon Regional Operation Center has grown to over 80 employees within less than ten months, with ambitious plans to expand to 300 employees by 2027.\nThe Role:\nWe are seeking a technically strong Technical Implementation Engineer to support implementations of FeneVision across EMEA.\nThis role combines software implementation, technical configuration, and hands-on development to support customer deployments - particularly in complex, make-to-order manufacturing environments, with focus on automation.\nIn addition to core implementation responsibilities, this role will contribute to custom development, automation, and on-site technical problem solving, including working with manufacturing systems and machinery during implementation and testing phases.\nYou will work closely with Functional SaaS Consultants, Senior Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure solutions are properly configured, integrated, and optimized for real-world operational environments.\nResponsibilities:\nConfigure and customize FeneVision solutions to meet customer technical requirements, including scripting, automation workflows, and integration logic (VBScript, .NET, or similar technologies) \nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, data transformations, and support data migration and mapping activities \nDesign and support system integrations between FeneVision, third-party applications, and customer environments \nDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing workflows, system integrations, and implementation efficiency \nSupport automation and integration of manufacturing machinery and shop-floor systems during implementation and testing phases \nBuild custom tools, extensions, and automation routines to support customer-specific requirements and EMEA delivery needs \nParticipate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions \nSupport rapid prototyping and development for complex or non-standard customer requirements \nParticipate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives \nSupport on-site implementation, testing, and go-live activities, working directly with customer technical teams and production environments \nTroubleshoot technical issues across application, database, integration, and automation layers, including real-time production scenarios \nTest configurations, integrations, and automation solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and production readiness \nCollaborate closely with Functional SaaS Consultants, Senior Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver successful implementations \nCreate and maintain technical documentation including configurations, integrations, automation logic, scripts, and API-related details \nSupport knowledge transfer across internal teams \nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldOR equivalent professional experience \n\n2-5 years of software implementation, technical consulting, or development experience \nStrong experience with SQL databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle) \nExperience with scripting or customization (VBScript or similar) \nExperience with .NET development (desktop, web, or backend) \nExperience with system integrations, data mapping and automation\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \nAbility to work both independently and within cross-functional teams \nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nFluent German\nAble to travel\nPreferred:\nExperience in make-to-order, custom manufacturing, or configurable product environments such as windows, doors, glass, furniture, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen & bath, flooring, building materials, or similar industries \nExperience working with manufacturing systems, machinery integration, or shop-floor automation \nExperience with APIs and integration frameworks \nFamiliarity with Agile development practices \nExperience with Git, TFS, or similar source control tools\nWorking for us:\nAt Cyncly, we call our team OneCyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
