This role involves collaborating on requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of projects within our suite of solutions. You will contribute to transforming how customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made-serving industries such as Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring worldwide.\nKey Position Responsibilities Include:\nAbility to analyze and design developments that fit sales / product management requirements. \nYou need to be autonomous and able to organize your work depending on the priorities. \nAbility to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis; \nStrategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level; \nCollaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products. \nMentor junior and mid-level engineers. \nWork collaboratively with others to achieve goals. \nStay on the leading edge of development practices.\nDrive high-quality coding standards, reviews, and safe refactoring practices. \nMaintain clear technical documentation for long-term product continuity. \nProactively identify technical improvements and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance. \nRequired Experience and Qualifications:\n12-16 years of experience building and maintaining medium-to-large C++ and C# applications.\nAt least 3-4 years in a technical/lead role mentoring 2/3 engineers.\nStrong expertise in modern C++ & C#, object-oriented design, data structures, and debugging.\nHands-on SQL proficiency, including writing and optimizing complex queries.\nExperience with desktop ERP/CRM systems or heavy data/business logic applications.\nKnowledge of Azure services, Azure SQL, and cloud-connected desktop workflows.\nExperience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExposure to C# or web technologies is a plus.\nExperience with RAD Studio C and C++; Builder is a plus.\nFamiliarity with engineering or manufacturing workflows application.\nAbility to analyze legacy code, refactor safely, and manage technical debt.\nExperience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity is a plus.\nDesired Skills:\nStrong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills who can work independently \nCreative, energetic and wants to get involved in exciting projects. \nAttention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in complex designs. \nGreat outgoing communicator in English. \nA College or University degree in computer science or the equivalent. \nKnowledge of Agile development or other development methodology;\nWorking for us\nAt Cyncly, we call our team OneCyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
