You will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for world-leading graphical application. Unlike most development jobs, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects, from intuitive GUIs to stunning 3D drawings and advanced React web applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective, high-quality UI/UX designs.\nAvailability between 7 AM to 4 PM IST is required to support collaboration with our global teams.\nKey Position Responsibilities Include:\nUI/UX Design\nDesign and develop React UX/UI mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes.\nCreate functional and appealing features by implementing UX/UI best practices.\nDesign and refine UI elements, page layouts, navigation structures, and interactive components.\nCreate original graphic designs, including illustrations and icons.\nGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, product managers, and developers.\nIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.\nTest and optimize UI elements.\nIdentify and troubleshoot UX/UI issues to improve usability.\nEnsure design consistency by aligning UI components with the Cyncly design system.\nAdhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery, ensuring accessibility standards are met.\nDevelopment\nContribute to front-end development by implementing and refining UX/UI designs using SCSS, HTML, and TypeScript.\nBacklog and Documentation\nContribute to backlog maintenance by documenting and refining UX/UI tasks.\nCreate sprint documentation and reports to support development planning and tracking.\nGather information and write release notes to clearly communicate updates and improvements.\nTake an active role in backlog planning and Scrum ceremonies, providing input to prioritize tasks and refine user stories.\nSprint Requirements\nPerform cross browser and device UI testing.\nCompile Release Notes with the Product Owner.\nCreate internal and customer-facing versions.\nRun queries to extract sprint commitments.\nCompile timesheet entries for billing to PMs.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nCollaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.\nPrepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.\nSupport Sales and Pre-Sales teams by developing design assets for client presentations and product demonstrations.\nFoster a collaborative environment by actively sharing knowledge and best UX/UI practices.\nActively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design quality and user experience.\nRequired Experience and Qualifications:\nExperience in designing and developing UX/UI mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes for complex web applications.\nStrong CSS implementation skills are essential for this role, please include examples of relevant CSS work in your application, especially any work implementing responsive design.\nAbility to create functional, user-centered features by applying UX/UI best practices.\nDesigning and refining UI elements, page layouts, navigation structures, and interactive components.\nExperience designing mobile-responsive web applications\nProficiency in HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, LIT, and TypeScript.\nStrong understanding of UX principles and UI best practices for both web and mobile applications.\nExperience designing with and maintaining component libraries and design systems.\nStrong visual design sensibility with a focus on typography, layout, iconography, and color theory.\nAbility to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and UI optimization.\nExperience with cross-browser and cross-device UI testing.\nWorking knowledge of the React JavaScript and/or React-Native frameworks, to support collaboration with front-end developers is preferred.\nAbility to create original graphic assets, including custom illustrations and icons, to enhance user interface design is nice to have.\nExperience using analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform UX/UI decisions is preferred.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong English written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent collaboration skills to work with developers, QA, product owners, and sales teams.\nHighly organized and detail oriented.\nWorking for us\nAt Cyncly, we call our team OneCyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
