core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nServiceNow Development: \nDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.\nBuild and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and catalog items.\nCustomize and enhance ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.\n\nITAM / HAM / SAM Management: \nSupport and improve Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.\nManage asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, allocation, tracking, compliance, and retirement.\nSupport software license reconciliation, normalization, and compliance activities.\n\nCMDB and Asset Data Management: \nMaintain and improve CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality.\nEnsure accurate asset and configuration data management across systems.\nWork on discovery, reconciliation, and normalization processes.\n\nIntegrations and Automation: \nDevelop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.\nConfigure inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data imports.\nAutomate workflows and operational tasks within the ServiceNow ecosystem.\n\nService Catalog and Workflow Development: \nDesign and implement scalable Service Catalog solutions.\nCreate approval workflows, request fulfillment processes, and automation flows.\nEnhance user experience through optimized catalog design and process automation.\n\nCollaboration and Support: \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, operations, procurement, and compliance teams.\nParticipate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization.\nProvide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nStrong expertise in ITAM modules, especially HAM and SAM.\nExperience in Service Catalog development and workflow implementation.\nGood understanding of CMDB architecture and asset data models.\nExperience with integrations, APIs, data imports, and reconciliation processes.\nStrong scripting knowledge in JavaScript within ServiceNow.\nHands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.\nUnderstanding of software licensing and asset lifecycle management.\nExperience working with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, or ITSM.\nExperience with Discovery and Service Mapping.\nExposure to SaaS management and cloud
