Marketing Coordinator, Streaming Video Services

Hearst Television has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills and a keen analytical mind. The Marketing Coordinator will work with internal and external teams to plan, coordinate and execute multi-market campaigns for the Very Local streaming service and Very Local Brand Studio clients.

This position requires a high level of organization and responsibility, as well as strong attention to detail. With broadcast stations in 26 US markets, Hearst Television reaches a fifth of US households; this role will support a team responsible for marketing to that footprint and beyond.

The Marketing Coordinator, Streaming Video Services reports to the Creative Manager. This is an in-person position based at our station in Manchester, NH or New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Creative Manager, HTV design team to facilitate campaign creative development, ensuring assets are to spec and delivered on schedule

• Use available data sources to assemble, format and distribute platform metrics

• Track active campaign performance and maintain final report archive

• Assist with Brand Studio client communication and reporting

• Coordinate project execution timelines and communication with station partners

Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with analytics and have exposure to marketing performance metrics

• Proficiency with excel, Sheets, and their capabilities

• Familiarity with Air Table, asset management systems a plus

• Ability to understand platform-specific requirements and deliver projects accordingly

• Stays current with industry trends and latest production techniques, styles, and tools

• Related military experience will be considered
