The role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, optimization, and support of GoAnywhere applications, ensuring high availability, reliable file transfer operations, and minimal service disruption.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Manage user and service accounts, including creation, modification, disabling, and password resets.\n\n- Manage server logins, projects, resource repositories, and access permissions.\n\n- Monitor GoAnywhere jobs, perform restarts, and troubleshoot failed jobs.\n\n- Create, update, monitor, and validate schedules, monitors, and triggers.\n\n- Monitor SSL certificate validity and coordinate renewals.\n\n- Validate and activate product licenses for clustered environments.\n\n- Coordinate with Active Directory, Database, and Infrastructure teams.\n\n- Validate inbound and outbound file transfers and troubleshoot related issues.\n\n- Perform post-upgrade and post-deployment validations.\n\n- Document incidents, maintain audit-ready reports, and track SLA compliance.\n\n- Monitor production and non-production environments for performance.\n\n- Conduct regular health checks and share daily reports.\n\n- Review and complete ServiceNow SCTASKs and incidents.\n\n- Perform knowledge transfer and update SOPs.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Hands-on experience in GoAnywhere MFT platform administration.\n\n- Strong experience in application monitoring, job/workflow monitoring, and file transfer support.\n\n- Understanding of user access management, service accounts, SSL certificates, and license management.\n\n- Experience working with Active Directory, databases, and infrastructure teams.\n\n- Knowledge of production support, incident management, and SLA management.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow is
