The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Financials, program management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and manage Workday Finance implementation, enhancement, and transformation programs.\n\n- Drive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\n\n- Collaborate with business leaders, finance teams, and technology stakeholders to define program objectives and roadmaps.\n\n- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.\n\n- Ensure successful adoption of Workday Finance solutions and alignment with business goals.\n\n- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\n\n- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful outcomes.\n\n- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors throughout the program lifecycle.\n\n- Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.\n\n- Drive process improvements and best practices within Workday Finance programs.\n\n- Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 9 -
