This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own one or more integrations to design develop and deliver.\n\nMandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements :\n\n- At least 8 - 10 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio\n\n- Production Support for integrations Jobs scheduling, monitoring, and break fixes\n\n- Experience in development of complex Workday reports Advanced, Matrix/ Composite\n\n- 3 - 4 BIRT layouts design and build\n\n- General knowledge and design of at least 2 - 3 Workday functional areas\n\n- Good understanding of Workday security\n\n- Use of at least 3+ third party integration framework is preferred\n\n- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player\n\nGood to Have Skillsets :\n\n- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage\n\n- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Work independently or with Customer teams/ Integration Leads/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery\n\n- Maintain and Support workday integrations and related tickets\n\n- Gather requirements and prototype the integrations\n\n- Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary\n\n- Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations\n\n- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation\n\n- Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires\n\n- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns\n\n- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support
