Responsibilities

Assist customers with setting up and leveraging our SaaS platform
Promote the value of the product and upsell while maintaining high value through customer experience
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Handle customer requests and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best course of action for their needs
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively
enhance all Customer Success initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer service or customer success position
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Technical skills required, knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies a strong preference
Experience structuring and optimizing new & existing processes
Deep understanding of customers concerns and needs regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot
as needed
