planning, prioritisation, collaboration, and delivery predictability.\n\nManage cross-team dependencies and remove organisational obstacles.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.\n\nUse flow metrics such as throughput, WIP, lead time, and cycle time to drive measurable improvements.\n\nEssential Requirements\n8+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in large organisations.\n\nProven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously towards a shared product backlog.\n\nExperience supporting major agile transformations.\n\nStrong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and agile delivery practices.\n\nExperience using flow metrics to improve delivery performance.\n\nExcellent written and spoken Swedish and English.\n\nExperience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is advantageous.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nA senior agile leader who goes beyond traditional single-team Scrum Master responsibilities, with proven experience aligning multiple teams around a common product backlog and delivering measurable improvements in collaboration, capacity utilisation, and delivery
