continuous improvement initiatives based on production incidents, release outcomes, and performance trends.\nEnvironment Governance & Platform Integrity\nDevelop and maintain environment governance strategies across Salesforce production and non-production environments.\nImplement controls and processes for environment consistency, source-driven development, and proactive environment drift detection and prevention.\nProvide oversight of branch management, version control standards, merge strategies, and deployment pipelines within Copado.\nEnsure alignment between environments through governance, automation, and configuration management best practices.\nDevOps Leadership & Strategic Oversight\nServe as the Offshore DevOps lead for Salesforce platform delivery, providing strategic guidance on release management, DevOps maturity, and deployment optimization.\nMentor and coach DevOps Engineers and development teams on release governance, deployment best practices, and platform reliability principles.\nCollaborate with program leadership, architects, and business stakeholders to establish DevOps roadmaps and continuous delivery strategies.\nDrive adoption of industry best practices in Salesforce DevOps, release orchestration, governance, and operational excellence.\nRequirements\nPreferred Qualifications (Additional)\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise release governance frameworks.\nStrong understanding of reliability engineering concepts, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational excellence metrics.\nDeep expertise in Copado, Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, change management, and deployment governance.\nProven leadership experience managing cross-functional release activities and facilitating go/no-go decision-making processes.\nExperience establishing environment management, drift prevention, and platform governance practices within large-scale Salesforce organizations.\nCandidates must be based in the
