Management\nSupport the drafting, review, negotiation and administration of supplier agreements.\nEnsure contractual arrangements align with company policies and commercial objectives.\nManage contract renewals, extensions and supplier transitions.\nWork closely with Legal and business stakeholders to manage contractual risk.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with stakeholders across a wide range of business functions to understand requirements and provide procurement support.\nInfluence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.\nAct as a trusted adviser, helping teams navigate procurement processes and commercial decision-making.\nSupport change and adoption of procurement best practices across the business.\nCost and Risk Management\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.\nConduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking and commercial assessments to support decision-making.\nIdentify and mitigate contractual, financial, operational and supply chain risks.\nSupport supplier due diligence and compliance activities.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to the development and enhancement of procurement processes, tools and governance.\nSupport reporting, spend analysis and procurement performance measurement.\nPromote best practices and drive continuous improvement across procurement activities.\nStay informed on market developments, industry trends and procurement innovation.\nRequired Experience and Skills\nProven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or commercial roles.\nDemonstrable experience supporting multiple business functions and managing a varied procurement workload.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and deliver measurable business value.\nExperience managing supplier relationships and commercial contracts.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all organisational levels.\nAbility to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience working across international and cross-functional environments is desirable.\nProficiency with procurement systems, contract management tools and Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional procurement qualification, such as CIPS, is desirable but not essential.\nExperience within data centres, critical infrastructure, technology, facilities management, construction or related industries would be beneficial but is not required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys variety,
