The Senior Facility Manager will manage the relationship with the third-party facility management provider within his or her region, to ensure that the facilities are being operated within the mandated CyrusOne procedures and standards. The Senior Facility Manager will manage the implementation process for all customer orders and build-outs within his or her region.What You Will Do:\nEnvironmental Management\nManage day to day operations of the facilities through daily coordination with on-site engineering teams.\nManage the preventative and corrective maintenance program for the region\nProvide direction to the site teams on the resolution of any incidents or issues.\nCoordinate with third-party management, concerning staff recognition, reviews, career development, corrective actions and scheduling\nCoordinate with third-party management concerning staff training or re-training needs\nMaintain Operations Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.\nVendor Management for all entities working within the data centers\nAsset ManagementManagement of our asset tracking processes, and systems\nReporting on Assets for customers and internal\n\nIncident Management - Lead the local incident manage process from incident inception, through resolution and final RCA documentation\nCapacity Management\nMaintain current status and future status reporting on all capacity thresholds within the facility.\nCustomer Support\nWork with centralized Implementation Managers to assure on-time and quality delivery and customer orders and build-outs.\nManage the implementation process for the scopes of work under Facility Operations, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of service. Follow CyrusOne processes on tracking and reviewing project costs, submitting PO requests, coordinating with vendors, reporting on project health, etc.\nSupport the Sales Organization in the placement of potential new customer orders.\nAct as single point of contact for local customer teams in the resolution of day to day issues\nLead and direct facility tours for new customer deals\nReview customer contracts\nRepresent CyrusOne on customer audits and provide required documentation\nReporting and Compliance\nManage all internal and external monthly reporting required from the region\nCoordinate with internal departments (e.g.: Accounting, Finance, EH&S, Compliance, Security and Energy Management) to meet month end reporting needs\nEnsure that customer reports are accurate and delivered on-time\nUnderstand and execute Business Continuity Planning.\nMaintain updates and training for our Facility Operations Handbook\nSOX Audits\nMaintain documentation for all CyrusOne certifications and audits\nBudgeting and Forecasting\nManage OPEX for the region based upon developed budgets.\nCreate CAPEX plans equipment maintenance and replacement\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field (equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree)\n7+ years experience in managing and maintaining critical infrastructure, preferably in a data center environment\n10+ years supervisory or personnel management experience preferred\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work well with all levels of people within the organization\nAbility to direct and manage work groups\nExcellent organizational skills\nAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities\nExcellent time management skills\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to develop and document procedures and train personnel on the procedures\nConsistently displays a positive attitude with customer first mentality\nProficient with Microsoft Office\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities\nWillingness to adjust hours as required by the business to include being onsite for extended hours during emergency situations such as hurricane\nWork Environment:\nMonday - Friday\nSome stress may occur at times\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds\nMust be available for after hour work needs\nCyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
