the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic AI initiatives across the organization.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\nEstablish governance frameworks and reporting processes for AI programs.\nTrack milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program performance.\nAI Portfolio Management\nCoordinate all AI-related activities and strategic initiatives.\nPrioritize projects based on business needs, resource availability, and expected impact.\nEnsure alignment between AI initiatives and corporate objectives.\nMonitor progress and provide regular updates to executive leadership.\nAI Battleground Management\nCoordinate AI competitive intelligence and AI battleground activities.\nManage cross-functional teams involved in evaluating emerging AI technologies and market developments.\nSupport decision-making through structured program oversight and reporting.\nVendor Management\nManage relationships with AI technology vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.\nOversee vendor selection, contract management, performance reviews, and delivery governance.\nEnsure external partners meet agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nServe as the primary program management lead across business, scientific, technology, and operational teams.\nFacilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.\nDrive collaboration and alignment among senior leaders and project teams.\nPrepare presentations, status reports, and business cases for leadership review.\nProcess & Governance\nImplement program management with best practices and standards.\nEstablish metrics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and ROI.\nIdentify and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines or business outcomes.\nPromote continuous improvement in AI project execution and governance.\n Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.\n10+ years of project or program management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience managing strategic programs involving technology or digital transformation.\nStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.\nProven experience managing executive stakeholders and external vendors.\nExcellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPhD Education.\nPreferred\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience managing enterprise AI transformation programs.\nExperience within life sciences, healthcare, technology, or consulting
