While we’re especially interested in candidates in or near these areas, we welcome applications from outside of these locations as well.\nPosition Overview \nWe’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team and help drive meaningful outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance. You’ll collaborate with people who bring diverse perspectives, challenge each other to think bigger, and move together toward shared goals. Here, you’ll have real ownership, real problems to solve, and a team that’s genuinely invested in your growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAgile and Lean Practices: Champions best practices, coaches teams, and visualizes organizational work.\n\nClient Delivery: Customer/Client focused delivery of Enterprise SaaS products\n\nCommunication: Effectively communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity.\n\nDelivery Momentum: Optimizes team flow, addresses issues, and builds agile capabilities within the team.\n\nPlanning: Leads continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realization.\n\nTeam Dynamics and Collaboration: Identifies and rectifies issues in team dynamics, engages in effective feedback, and connects day-to-day work with the product vision.\n\nLifecycle Perspective: Understands and contributes to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.\n\nTeam Management: Effectively manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nIf this role sounds like the right next move, we’d love to hear from you. You might bring:\nProven experience in Agile project management, demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies particularly in external client facing/consulting environments.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, addressing challenges proactively.\n\nTrack record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.\n\nEffective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nStrong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products.\n\nContinuous learning mindset, staying abreast of industry trends in Agile practices.\n\nAdaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.\n\nBonus points if you also have:\nRemote working experience: Successful remote working experiences.\n\nAgile Certification: CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.\n\nIndustry experience: Distributed teams, AI/Data Science products.\n\nInsurance Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry.\n\nOur targeted starting base salary in Canada for this position ranges from $130,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.
