If you believe technology's highest calling is public good, come build with us.\nTHE ROLE\nAs an Account Executive, you'll connect cities, towns and engineering firms with technology that changes how they manage their transportation networks. You'll own the full revenue motion from prospecting to close, building self-sourced pipeline through cold outreach and high-intent follow-up, and closing mid-market deals with precision and speed. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll play a key role in expanding Cyvl's footprint across local governments and engineering firms. This role is built for someone with 1 to 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience who wants to sharpen their craft and grow into a Senior AE or leadership role within 18 to 24 months.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nSource and close mid-market deals with local governments and engineering firms, prospecting through calls, emails and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline.\n\nRun tight, detail-oriented sales cycles from first meeting through negotiation and close.\n\nDeliver compelling demos and ROI-focused proposals that translate technical value into business outcomes.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and next-step documentation.\n\nPartner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent customer experiences.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\n1 to 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred).\n\nA track record of meeting or exceeding quota with average deal sizes of $30K to $150K.\n\nComfort self-sourcing pipeline and closing your own deals.\n\nExceptional organization and attention to detail, including managing pipeline and forecasting accurately in HubSpot or Salesforce.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication across technical and executive audiences.\n\nA self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and is hungry to learn, compete and grow into a Senior AE or leadership role.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience selling into government or civil engineering customers.\n\nFamiliarity with public sector procurement cycles.\n\nPrior experience in early-stage, high-growth tech environments.\n\nWHY CYVL\nHard tech.
