If you believe technology's highest calling is public good, come build with us.\nTHE ROLE\nAs our Senior Product Manager, you'll lead product development across our hardware-enabled software platform and help define what comes next, shipping tools that public works teams, engineering consultants, and civic leaders use every day. You'll partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market to prioritize the most urgent problems and deliver elegant, effective solutions, fast. You'll work directly with customers to understand their jobs-to-be-done and turn them into smart, focused product decisions. You'll be an early, foundational member of our product team.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nWork with leadership to understand the company's vision and pick the problems that matter most.\n\nRun discovery with towns and prototype rapidly with Claude Code or similar tools to speed the path from idea to production code.\n\nDefine and track clear success metrics tied to usage, retention, and business growth.\n\nPartner with engineering and design to scope work, unblock decisions, and execute with urgency.\n\nSupport go-to-market on launch strategy, pricing experiments, and product demos, and help shape Cyvl's product culture.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\n4-7 years of experience in product management or a related field in B2B software\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship impactful products\n\nStrong product sense and customer empathy; you know how to turn vague problems into clear solutions\n\nComfort digging into data, aligning stakeholders, and making fast, informed trade-offs\n\nTechnical fluency: you don't need to be an engineer, but you understand APIs, data models, and the basics of modern AI/ML workflows\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience in civic tech, infrastructure, GIS, or vertical SaaS\n\nExposure to public sector, urban systems, or field-data workflows\n\nWHY CYVL\nHard tech.
