The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, security, and enterprise-scale cloud environments.\n\nThe role will involve working closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into robust AWS solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions on AWS.\n\n- Define cloud architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery strategies.\n\n- Lead AWS cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.\n\n- Design solutions using services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudWatch, KMS, and AWS Organizations.\n\n- Develop and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.\n\n- Establish cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance.\n\n- Design secure architectures aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.\n\n- Work with DevOps/SRE teams on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, and operational readiness.\n\n- Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.\n\n- Drive cloud cost optimization, performance improvement, and resource efficiency.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.\n\n- Identify architectural risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 12+ years of overall experience in IT/cloud infrastructure, with significant experience in AWS architecture.\n\n- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise AWS environments.\n\n- Excellent understanding of AWS networking, security, IAM, compute, storage, databases, containers, serverless, and monitoring.\n\n- Strong knowledge of VPC, subnets, routing, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Load Balancers, DNS, and network security.\n\n- Experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud security and identity management.\n\n- Hands-on understanding of Terraform/Cloud Formation and Infrastructure as Code.\n\n- Experience with containers and Kubernetes is preferred.\n\n- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.\n\n- Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.\n\n- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, and architectural decision-making skills.\n\nPreferred Certifications:\n\n- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional\n\n- AWS Certified Security - Specialty\n\n- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty\n\nSkills\nAWS, Cloud, Solution Architect, Terraform, CI/CD, CloudFormation, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Solution Design","description_format":"text","description_chars":3075,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":12,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Cybersecurity","Information Security"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T14:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":61,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.796,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":14,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:14","velocity","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cywarden-inc-aws-solution-architect","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cywarden-inc-aws-solution-architect.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T00:43:35Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":407,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4593,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
