review SOWs and align deliverables accordingly.\n\n- Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks.\n\n- Manage day-to-day execution (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and track milestones against SOWs.\n\n- Conduct weekly project governance meetings; prepare and present project health dashboards.\n\n- Lead the offshore delivery team to run standups, assign work, and manage workload.\n\n- Own client communication: status updates, escalations, and steering committee meetings.\n\n- Manage scope changes and client expectations.\n\n- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; review documentation; drive learning and continuous improvement.\n\n- Own key KPIs: on time delivery, resource utilization, scope and change request management.\n\n- Ensure delivery aligns with security best practices and relevant compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).\n\nReporting:\n\n- Executive dashboards and weekly project status reports.\n\n- Forecasting and resource utilization reports.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 8+ years in IT/project management, including hands-on experience managing cybersecurity or infosec projects.\n\n- Experience managing offshore teams delivering to onshore clients.\n\n- Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains (SOC, GRC, IAM, cloud security, VAPT, etc.).\n\n- Strong client management and communication skills.\n\n- Handson experience with PM tools - JIRA, Confluence, and others.\n\n- PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification preferred;
