support Helm chart packaging and ArgoCD/GitOps deployment into Kubernetes.\nOperate and harden infrastructure within compliance-heavy authorization boundaries such as FedRAMP High, GovRAMP Moderate, and IL5, maintaining continuous compliance across releases.\nOwn environment segmentation, secrets management, and access controls consistent with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP control families.\nManage Kubernetes workloads, Helm chart versioning, and release promotion across development, staging, commercial, and GovCloud production environments.\nBuild reliable, scalable infrastructure services in AWS and support infrastructure for both cloud and on-premise deployments.\nImplement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for repeatable, auditable provisioning.\nSupport database deployment and schema migration using Postgres, Flyway, or equivalent tooling tied to release cycles.\nBuild monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational automation to meet government-grade availability and incident-response requirements.\nPartner with Security/GRC to prepare and maintain evidence for FedRAMP/GovRAMP continuous monitoring, POA&Ms, annual assessments, and audit cycles.\nParticipate in incident response and root-cause analysis for GovCloud-hosted environments, with documentation meeting government audit standards.\nGain deep application-level knowledge of systems and contribute to their overall design; troubleshoot application, deployment, and operations issues.\nBuild engineering automation and productivity tools to streamline and scale production applications while minimizing manual interaction.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Security/GRC to keep commercial and government environments aligned with the product roadmap without compliance drift.\nBe a DevOps champion by building security, reliability, scalability, and best practices into the development lifecycle.\nWho You Are\nUS Citizenship is a requirement of this position in accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C).\n5+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform/Site Reliability Engineering, with 2+ years operating workloads in AWS GovCloud.\nHands-on experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure under FedRAMP High or Moderate, GovRAMP/StateRAMP, or DoD IL5 authorization frameworks.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; active or eligible for a federal security clearance.\nWorking knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and how they translate into infrastructure and pipeline design.\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD or equivalent).\nHands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent cloud services.\nExperience with CI/CD pipeline engineering using Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent.\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.\nExperience with configuration-management/automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Rundeck, or equivalent.\nExperience with queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or equivalent.\nExperience with relational database deployment/migration tooling such as Postgres and Flyway, or equivalent.\nExperience supporting continuous monitoring, POA&M remediation, assessment, and audit cycles.\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts such as subnets and environment segmentation.\nExperience with containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.\nAbility to create infrastructure services for both cloud and on-premise deployments.\nExposure to Linux, EC2 security, AWS CLI, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SSH, Docker, Git, Jenkins, CircleCI, Nagios, JMeter, and BlazeMeter.\nExperience with startup environments and lean, collaborative engineering teams.\nKnowledge of MongoDB, Python/Django, data structures, and algorithms is an added advantage.\nPreferred\nPrior experience at a cybersecurity or SaaS vendor maintaining a FedRAMP-authorized environment through initial ATO and ongoing ConMon.\nAWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Professional.\nExperience with container security scanning and software supply-chain security, including SBOM and image signing, in a government context.\nFamiliarity with SOAR/TIP or broader cybersecurity product environments.\nWe're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately.
