This role coordinates planning engagements, client meetings, and communication with clients’ tax and legal advisors.\nPrimary Qualifications:\nPrevious experience working in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred.\nSeries 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain both within 180 days of joining the firm.\nFPQP certification, or ability to obtain it within one year of joining the firm.\nStrong analytical skills; familiarity with investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nClient-focused approach with strong follow-through.\nProactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative work style.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.\nAdvanced technology skills.\nPrimary Duties:\nManage planning intake, priorities, and scheduling across all client segments.\nTrack deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to keep cases moving efficiently.\nCoordinate handoffs among Advisors, Paraplanners, Senior Planners, Directors, and Trust partners.\nEnsure cases follow established Wealth Planning Group workflows and stages.\nServe as the primary contact for planning logistics, workflow, and coordination-not advice.\nOversee data and document collection to ensure complete, accurate planning inputs.\nMaintain consistent planning tools, templates, and communication standards.\nSupport leadership with capacity tracking and workflow reporting.\nCoordinate planning events and initiatives, including webinars and the Wealth Planning Summit.\nEnsure planning processes and documentation meet regulatory, fiduciary, and operational requirements for internal and external engagements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary plus excellent benefits and perks including, but not limited to:\nMedical, Dental and Vision\nCompany 401(k)and ESOP contribution\nGenerous sick, vacation, and maternity/parental leave\nPaid holidays\nProfessional Development Opportunities\nTuition Reimbursement ($15,000 lifetime cap)\nCharitable gift-matching program\nDavidson Day of Giving - Our tradition of positively impacting communities in which we live and work.\nThe potential base pay hiring range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.
