In this role, you will work closely with event organizers in the Bulgarian market, support them at every step, and act as a liaison between them and the More.com teams.\nThis role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a tech/product environment, passion for live events, excellent communication skills and the drive to grow into a full Account Management role.\nWhat you will do\nManage a portfolio of event organizers, building long-term relationships and continuously improving the way we work together.\nProvide proactive support to event organizers, from onboarding to the More.com platform and setting up their events, to gather and act on their feedback.\nDeliver compelling presentations of the More.com platform to event organizers, partners and other internal or external stakeholders.\nWork closely with our Country Manager in Bulgaria, aligning on account priorities, local market opportunities and commercial goals.\nAct as the main point of contact for your accounts with the teams based in Greece, such as Commercial, Product and Marketing, making sure client needs are communicated clearly and handled on time.\nShare insights and feedback from the Bulgarian market with the teams in Greece, helping shape product improvements and marketing initiatives.\nPrepare reports on ticket sales and campaign performance (MS Excel, Power BI) and share actionable insights with your clients.\n Present our platform to new and existing clients and help ensure high client satisfaction and retention.\nRequirements\n2-5 years of experience in account management, sales or customer success\nTech savvy and computer literate: MS Excel, Power BI, MS Dynamics\nHands-on experience with CRM tools\nFluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken\nStrong communication skills and comfort working with colleagues across different countries and locations\nExperience in the entertainment industry and/or with ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.\n Knowledge of
