产品规划与策略

负责财务智能产品线的规划与迭代

洞察财务业务痛点与 AI 技术趋势，制定产品路线图与阶段性目标

平衡业务价值与技术可行性，确保产品方向与公司财务数字化战略对齐

需求分析与场景设计

深入财务业务一线，与核算、资金、税务、预算等团队深度协作，挖掘 AI 可落地的场景

将模糊的业务需求转化为清晰的产品需求，定义功能边界、交互流程与验收标准

设计 AI 产品的用户体验，包括人机协作模式、结果呈现方式、反馈与纠错机制

项目推进与落地

主导产品从需求到上线的全流程，协调算法、开发、测试、UI 等资源，确保按时交付

管理产品需求池，根据业务优先级与资源情况动态调整迭代计划

推动 AI 能力与财务核心系统的深度集成

效果追踪与优化

建立产品效果评估体系，定义核心指标（如准确率、采纳率、节省工时、用户满意度等）

持续追踪线上数据，通过 A/B 测试、用户反馈等方式驱动产品迭代

关注 AI 应用的合规风险，建立可解释性、审计追踪等风控机制

任职要求 / Requirements

产品经验

5 年以上产品经理经验，其中至少 2 年 AI/智能化产品经验

有从 0 到 1 的 AI 产品落地经验，熟悉大模型、NLP、OCR 等技术的应用边界

具备完整的产品方法论，包括需求分析、方案设计、数据驱动迭代

业务经验

熟悉财务核心业务流程（核算、资金、税务、预算、费控等）

了解企业财务系统架构（ERP、费控系统、报销系统、预算系统等）

有 B 端/SaaS/企业级产品经验者优先

综合能力

优秀的沟通协调能力，能与算法、开发、财务业务团队高效协作

较强的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能清晰定义复杂问题

对数据敏感，能通过数据分析驱动产品决策

具备产品运营思维，关注用户采纳与长期价值
