1. 具备测试开发全流程主导能力，能独立完成从需求分析、测试方案设计到测试执行与缺陷跟踪的完整链路，确保高质量交付;

2. 熟练掌握自动化测试框架设计与实现，能基于Java或Python等语言构建框架，并运用流量回放、性能压测等方法提升效率与覆盖率;

3. 具备问题本质洞察与解决能力，能在复杂缺陷与测试瓶颈中定位根因，从业务与技术维度形成可验证的解决方案;

4. 拥有测试技术创新意识，能主动引入智能化测试方法与工具，针对痛点进行改进并沉淀为可复用的最佳实践;

5. 以保障产品质量与团队效能提升为己任，追求将质量保障体系建设到行业领先水平;
