\n2.有O2O上门服务、医疗健康服务、护士上门、家庭护理、互联网医疗、社区医疗服务等相关领域研发经验者，熟悉医疗上门服务流程（如服务预约调度、护士派单履约、服务过程监管、医患安全合规等）; \n3.无相关行业经验但具备扎实的技术基础、较强的学习能力和潜力，愿意深耕O2O上门服务领域的年轻工程师，也可积极投递。\n4.具备扎实的工程化开发基础，熟悉至少1-2门主流编程语言（如Java、Python等），掌握常用的数据结构、算法原理及设计模式;
