\n5、对接主流大模型（GPT系列、DeepSeek、Kimi、Qwen等），针对医疗术语的准确性进行Prompt Engineering及微调数据准备。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后端或AI应用开发经验，扎实的Java、Python编程能力，熟悉异步编程（Asyncio），具备良好的代码规范意识; \n2、深入理解 LangChain 或 Semantic Kernel 的核心组件（Agent Executors, Tools, Memory, Callbacks），有实际生产项目落地经验; \n3、熟悉 SSE 协议，有高并发流式接口的调优经验，了解如何处理中断、重连及流式token的安全过滤; \n4、Context Engineering：熟悉RAG各环节（Chunking, Embedding, 重排），有处理长上下文（Long Context）压缩、记忆管理（短期/长期记忆）的实际经验; \n5、Harness Engineering：理解AI应用的测试方法论，有构建Agent评测集、制定评估指标（如精确率、召回率、工具调用准确率）的经验;
