等离线计算引擎，掌握 Python 或 Java 一门开发语言。\n3、熟悉 Flink、Kafka、ClickHouse、Doris 等常用大数据组件。\n4、具备良好的业务理解与沟通协作能力，有较强的责任心和自驱力。\n加分项\n1、有跨系统/跨平台数据融合、数据迁移的实战经验（尤其异构技术底座对接）。\n2、有交易、支付、财务电商核心链路数据建设经验。\n3、有跨主体数据权限管控、数据安全合规相关实践。\n4、有 Data Agent、NL2SQL、AI Coding
