SQL 和数据任务性能，提升查询效率和数据使用体验。\n参与财务系统和数据平台的对接、改造和迭代。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、技术能力\n熟练掌握 SQL，能独立完成复杂数据开发、性能优化和数据问题排查。\n熟悉 Hive、Spark、Flink 等一种或多种大数据开发工具，有实际项目经验。\n熟悉数据仓库建模，理解明细层、汇总层、指标层等常见分层设计。\n具备 Python、Scala、Shell 等一种脚本开发能力，能完成数据处理和自动化任务。\n了解数据质量校验、任务调度、数据血缘、权限管理等相关工作。\n2、财务业务经验\n3 年以上数据开发经验，有财务、ERP、企业经营分析或管理报表相关数据经验优先。\n熟悉以下一种或多种财务业务：总账、应收应付、成本核算、资金结算、税务、预算、费用报销。\n理解财务数据对准确性、口径一致性、可追溯性的要求。\n有财务月结、对账、报表出具、审计支持相关项目经验优先。\n3、协作和职业素养\n做事严谨，对数据准确性敏感，能主动发现并追踪问题。\n能和财务、业务、产品、研发团队顺畅沟通，把业务需求转成数据方案。\n有数据安全和合规意识，能按要求处理敏感财务数据。\n4、加分项\n有大型
